• This course provides the competence and confidence to graduates in implementing a state of Weightlifting Level 1 programme in their chosen sport or area of interest.

  • This course covers all the Resistance Training systems including Weight Lifting & Training to condition athletes, players and teams for their respective sports.

    The course will not only lead to a qualification in Weight Lifting but also introduce the student to all the various systems of training which may be used to develop and condition the athlete/player to perform to his or her maximum.

  • This course covers resistance training in general and weight training in particular.
